Do I have to book in advance?
You must book at least one day in advance. Its best to book as soon as possible if you have over four passengers or need to transport a mobility scooter.
How many people can I bring?
When booking the sedan you are limited to four passengers. When booking the large SUV you can book seven passengers including children or six adults.
Can I Pay by Credit Card?
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Your credit card will be charged after the ride is completed. Currently accepting VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
How late can I schedule a ride??
You can schedule a ride for the next day until 9PM the day before. Rides scheduled through 11PM will be confirmed the same day and those after 11 PM will be confirmed the next day.
How do you handle car seats?
We do not provide car seats. You must provide a weight and height appropriate car seat and base for each child requiring a car seat.
Can I bring my service dog?
Yes, you can bring your service dog. You will need to provide your service dog registration certificate.
What Counties Do You Service?
We offer ride services to clientele all over Central Florida including but not limited to Citrus, Marion, Lake, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County. If you don’t see your county listed, contact us directly at (352) 651-8225.
Which airports are included in your service area?
We currently drop off at Tampa International Airport, St Pete – Clearwater International Airport, Orlando International Airport, Orlando Sanford International Airport. We have limited pickup service at these airports utilizing short term parking. Beginning October 1st we will have full pickup service at all of these airports with a driver and sign.
Can I make stops during the ride?
Yes, you may make stops during the ride if the stops were part of the original booking. The stops may cause the trip to arrive later then planned at your final destination.
Can I Pay by Cash?
Yes, you can pay cash with the exact amount. The driver will not be able to make change. The driver will collect cash payments at the beginning of the trip.
Can I schedule a ride for my medical appointment?
Yes, you can schedule a medical appointment. The best way to schedule a medical appointment is a roundtrip. You will not be charged for driver wait time while you complete the appointment.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes, you can bring a stroller. The limitation is the stroller collapse and fit in the luggage area of the vehicle.
Can I bring my mobility scooter?
Yes, you can bring your mobility scooter. We are not non-emergency medical transport qualified. You will not be able to sit on your scooter or power wheelchair during the ride. Our carrier is capable for loads up to 500 pounds.
